    Generic Lipitor is a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitor, prescribed to decrease cholesterol and triglycerides levels in blood, which in turn prevents strokes and heart attacks.

  • How to take

    The medication should be administered orally every day, during meals or otherwise, according to your doctor's instructions.   • Missed dose
