- How to take
Take Acetaminophen orally. Do not take more than 1 gram (1000mg) of Acetaminophen with each dose, and do not exceed more than 4 grams (4000mg) daily. Do not take Acetaminophen with alcohol. Those with alcohol abuse problems are advised to contact their doctor before taking this medication.
Do not take more than the recommended dose, as overdosing can cause serious bodily harm. Acetaminophen is not safe to use for children under 2 years of age, unless otherwise indicated by a trusted healthcare professional. - Side effects
