- Uses
Tadalis boosts the flow of blood to male genitalia and relaxes muscles to produce firmer and longer-lasting erections. Besides ED treatment, it can also be used for benign prostatic hypertrophy (enlarged prostate).
- How to take
Tadalis should be taken according to your doctor's instructions and directions on the prescription label. Do not change the dosage or period of use without prior medical consult. The medication can be taken during meals or otherwise.
The tablet of Tadalis should be swallowed without crashing or chewing, usually once per day. If you are using it strictly for ED treatment, take Tadalis just before intercourse, not more than once per day. If you are taking it regularly, try to take the medication at the same time every day.

Notify your doctor before taking Tadalis if you have any of the following conditions: heart disorders or heart rhythm problems; a history of heart attacks (past 90 days), strokes (past 6 months) or a congestive heart failure; high or low blood pressure; angina; liver or kidney disease; blood cell disorders e.g. sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma or leukemia; hemophilia or other bleeding disorders; stomach ulcers; inherited eye conditions such as retinitis pigmentosa; penis deformity, e.g. Peyronie's disease; advised against sexual intercourse due to health problems.
Although Tadalis has not been proven to cause vision loss, stop using it immediately and seek urgent medical help in case of any vision problems. - Drug interactions
Notify your medical specialist about all other medications you are taking, especially: rifabutin (Mycobutin), rifampin (Rifadin, Rimactane, Rifater, Rifamate), or rifapentine (Priftin); antibiotics such as clarithromycin (Biaxin), erythromycin (E.E.S., EryPed, Ery-Tab, Erythrocin, Pediazole), or telithromycin (Ketek); antifungal medications such as itraconazole (Sporanox), ketoconazole (Nizoral), miconazole (Oravig), or voriconazole (Vfend); antidepressants such as nefazodone; barbiturates such as phenobarbital (Solfoton); drugs to treat high blood pressure or a prostate disorder, such as alfuzosin (Uroxatral), doxazosin (Cardura), prazosin (Minipress), terazosin (Hytrin) or tamsulosin (Flomax); heart or blood pressure medications such as diltiazem (Cardizem, Dilacor, Tiazac), nicardipine (Cardene), quinidine (Quin-G), or verapamil (Calan, Covera, Isoptin, Verelan); HIV or AIDS medications such as darunavir (Prezista), efavirenz (Sustiva), etravirine (Intelence), nevirapine (Viramune), fosamprenavir (Lexiva), indinavir (Crixivan), ritonavir (Norvir, Kaletra), etc.; or seizure medications such as carbamazepine (Carbatrol, Equetro, Tegretol), phenytoin (Dilantin), etc.
Other medications may interact with Tadalis as well. - Missed dose
Tadalis is usually not taken according to a schedule. However, if you do take it regularly and have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the dose you've missed.
